Return Policy

Returns- All regular price items are returnable for store credit or exchange only. All orders shipping within the U.S. ship for a flat $5. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of reshipping your new item.

*In the event of a defective item: Please email: with a photo of the damaged item. After review of these items,  We work with our customers 100% by sending a new item, or refunding your payment in full after the damaged item is shipped back to us!  

-Items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the package. We unfortunately can not accept anything after the return period. Please email us at before returning any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented (detergent, perfume, etc) , tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs, and reserve the right to refuse an exchange / return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
-All store credit must be used within 90 days. After the 90 days, your store credit will expire. This credit can be used on all items.
- Please Note: Once an order ships from us to you, we are not responsible for lost , delayed or undelivered packages. We apply tracking to every order and rely on that information. If you do not receive your package, and your tracking is stated as "Delivered" , contact your local post office for assistance. 

-All Sale, Free Shipping, and Promotional items are Final Sale, and not eligible for Return or Exchange.

 Shipping: We process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Processing time is anywhere from 2-10 business days. (Although, we do try to get most of our items out between 1 & 5 business days). You will receive a tracking number in your email once your item has shipped.
