Returns- All regular price items are returnable for store credit or exchange only. All orders shipping within the U.S. ship for a flat $5. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of reshipping your new item.
*In the event of a defective item: Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item. After review of these items, We work with our customers 100% by sending a new item, or refunding your payment in full after the damaged item is shipped back to us!
-Items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the package. We unfortunately can not accept anything after the return period. Please email us at email@example.com before returning any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented (detergent, perfume, etc) , tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs, and reserve the right to refuse an exchange / return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
-All store credit must be used within 90 days. After the 90 days, your store credit will expire. This credit can be used on all items.
- Please Note: Once an order ships from us to you, we are not responsible for lost , delayed or undelivered packages. We apply tracking to every order and rely on that information. If you do not receive your package, and your tracking is stated as "Delivered" , contact your local post office for assistance.
-All Sale, Free Shipping, and Promotional items are Final Sale, and not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Shipping: We process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Processing time is anywhere from 2-10 business days. (Although, we do try to get most of our items out between 1 & 5 business days). You will receive a tracking number in your email once your item has shipped.
